Swiss Post delivers

Swiss Post delivers Many options for emotional surprises

When writing letters, let your imagination run free. Swiss Post offers you many ways to ensure that your letter is delivered safely to its recipient – where it is sure to be met with joy and positive emotions.

Anytime and anywhere: take a photo with the PostCard Creator App – of your hike in the Alps, for example – or choose an existing image, add text, specify the recipient and send the order, and Swiss Post will take care of printing and mailing the postcards in A6 format. A free postcard is available to you every 24 hours, which will be sent by B Mail. An unlimited number of additional postcards can be designed and sent by A Mail for CHF 2 per postcard. You can send holiday greetings in next to no time, congratulate a recipient who lives in Switzerland or Liechtenstein on passing their exams, or thank your parents for their support. Orders can be paid for with credit that can be topped up by credit card, with the PostFinance e-finance payment method or with the PostFinance Card.

The app is available to users who are residents of Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein and who have a smartphone, have downloaded the free app in the App Store or Google Play Store and have registered free of charge. The process of registering for the app and the online service is the same. If you already have a login for the Swiss Post Customer Center, you can log in to the app and online service with your existing login data.
